We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and property search preferences when you create an account, submit a contact form, or interact with our AI assistant.
We use your information to provide personalized property search results, connect you with your real estate agent, send property alerts and updates, and improve our services.
We share your information with RealtyMark and its agents. We also share it with service providers that run this site for us, such as hosting and data storage, email and text-message delivery, call handling, and AI services, so that they can provide those services. We also work with visitor-identification services that help RealtyMark recognise and contact visitors who have shown interest in a home. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
Our platform uses AI to provide property search, chat assistance, and voice agent capabilities. Conversations with our AI assistant may be recorded and analyzed to improve service quality. We keep call recordings and conversation records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them (see section 7).
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain your session, and analyze site usage. This site also uses a visitor-identification technology that reads how you browse it, so that RealtyMark can recognise and contact visitors who show interest in a home. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls to protect your information.
You can ask RealtyMark to give you a copy of, correct, or delete your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To make a request, including a request to delete your information, call (844) 430-0040.
If you provide your phone number on a contact form and explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox, we will send you SMS text messages on behalf of RealtyMark. Messages are transactional and informational in nature: appointment confirmations for property tours, showing reminders, document receipt confirmations, callback scheduling, and direct one-to-one follow-ups about properties you have specifically inquired about. Each message identifies RealtyMark by name in the message body.
Message frequency varies depending on the activity in your real estate inquiry — typically 1 to 5 messages per active inquiry, with no recurring marketing broadcasts. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END to any message we send. After opting out, we will immediately cease sending SMS messages to your number and record the revocation in our compliance audit log. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact RealtyMark directly.
SMS opt-in is never required to receive other services from us or your agent. Your consent (or revocation) for SMS does not affect your ability to receive emails, phone calls, or other communications you have separately consented to. Your phone number and SMS consent record are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
