About Madoka Nishimura

Hello. I am Madoka Nishimura. As a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, I have dedicated myself to helping clients find their ideal homes, sell properties, and build wealth through smart real estate investments. With over 20 years of experience in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas, I bring local expertise, an international perspective, and a personalized approach to every transaction. Having been born and raised in Tokyo, I initially moved to the West Coast of the United States before relocating to a vibrant neighborhood in suburban Philadelphia in 1996. Before entering the real estate industry, I taught piano. The precision, dedication, and creativity I developed during that time now enhance my ability to connect with all my clients. My journey in the real estate industry began in 2003, sparked by my first home purchase in the suburbs of Philadelphia in 2001. This experience ignited a passion in me to help others navigate the exciting yet sometimes complex world of real estate with confidence. Since then, I have steadily built my career, obtaining my real estate license in Pennsylvania in 2003 and expanding my license to New Jersey in 2018. I genuinely love helping clients at every stage of the real estate process, whether they are first-time homebuyers, sellers, seasoned investors, or those considering a move, as well as individuals acquiring investment properties, residences, or commercial real estate.
